Our goal is to build out our fiber services as fast as we can, but where we build may be up to you. You do have a voice in this process. Currently our priority is to build in the new housing developments in Rosemount since we have no driveways, sidewalks, landscaping, nice sod, etc. to build around and repair. Restoration is one of the largest cost barriers to building out our services since all of our fiber is underground.

If you live in the yellow areas we are partially built out in those areas and we are making plans to build out these areas, but you can accelerate that process by working together with your neighbors to let us know how bad you want our services. To attract us to build out your home we need a commitment from groups of at least 10 homes that are mostly next to each other. It is preferable that these homes are on the same side of the street. Every build out is unique, but in general we come from our main fiber runs along Connemara and out from there. We also have some areas that are next to our current fiber footprint where expansion may be easily done also.

The upfront costs to us to build the fiber and restore your yards and landscaping are enormous, but fiber is an investment into your home for the future. You could see a $5000 increase in the value of your home because it is connected to fiber. Fiber is one of the top amenities you can add to your home to increase its value today!
